Yard-Sale-a-PalooZa is back, people!
After two amazing YSAPLZA events last year, we are once again returning to the parking lot of the Commonwealth Commerce Center for our first of our 4 planned sales for 2021 with Yard-Sale-a-PalooZa : Spring Edition!!!
YSAPLZA : Spring Edition will be BIGGER and BETTER than either of the events from 2020, as we are once again expanding the sale area to our biggest yet!!
WHAT ALL WILL BE THERE?:
We’ve all heard of spring cleaning, right? Well, with our Spring Edition of YSAPLZA, you can bring all of your junk downtown and sell it as one of up to 100 individual yard sales! Whether you’re selling old shoes, records, toys, baby stuff, collectibles, jewelry, signs, hats, scarves, knick-knacks, pet treats, random cat sculptures – – it doesn’t matter – – – your junk is someone else’s hunk…of treasure!
COST TO GET IN:
Tickets??? There are NO tickets to this amazing event, as it is 100% FREE to come shop at!!!
WHY IS THIS ON A SUNDAY?:
Because the Commonwealth Commerce Center has events / other tenants that take up the parking lot on other days! Plus, most yard sales are on Thursday – Saturday, so this way we are giving people a bonus day of sales on a day they normally wouldn’t get to experience them!
Please use the WESLEY STREET / MLK JR BLVD parking lot! There will be signs showing you where to park. DO NOT use the Washington Avenue lot as it will be blocked off to the public.
HOW MUCH ARE BOOTHS?:
Booth spaces are $25 for 20 ft x 20 ft space.
GETTING A BOOTH:
Getting a booth is easy! Simply go to the link below, fill out the form, and we will contact you ASAP about securing your booth.

WHAT ABOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING?
We will have our 20 ft x 20 ft spaces have at LEAST 10 feet apart from each other in an effort to maintain social distancing.
WHAT IF IT RAINS (IT IS IN APRIL AFTERALL?):
If it rains, we will postpone until the next Sunday, and continue to do so until the weather looks good. We will make that announcement at least 24 hours in advance of the sale.
